By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are governed by Indian law and sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

"We", "us" and "the house" mean Singh Empire, Singh Empire, Behind Guru Nanak Hospital, Singh Enclave, Bidar, Karnataka 585402, India. "You" means anyone using this website.

This site exists to show you what we offer and to let you start a conversation. You can read about the banquet halls, the restaurant, the menu and the rooms, look through the gallery, send an enquiry, and leave feedback after a visit.

There is no online booking and no online payment on this website. It does not take card details, and it never will without being rebuilt to do so and this page being changed to say so.

Anything you read here — capacities, room counts, amenities, dishes — is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. It is a description of the house, not a contractual promise about a particular date.

Sending an enquiry through this site, by WhatsApp, or by telephone starts a conversation. It does not reserve a hall, a table or a room, and it places no obligation on either of us.

A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it to you directly and any terms specific to that booking — dates, guest numbers, rates, what is included, what is payable in advance, and what happens if plans change — have been agreed between us. Those booking terms are given to you at the time of booking and govern the reservation itself. These website terms do not replace them.

Please give us details that are accurate and your own. We may decline or cancel an enquiry that is misleading, made in someone else's name, or made other than in good faith.

Rates and availability are not published on this website. They depend on the date, the size of the gathering and what you would like arranged, and we will quote them when you ask. Any quotation we give is valid for the period we state, and taxes apply as required by law.

Menus, decor and arrangements are described here to give you a sense of the house. Particular dishes and materials may vary with the season and with what is available, and we will tell you if anything material to your event changes.

The Zaika kitchen is entirely vegetarian, and all catering for events at Singh Empire comes from it. We do not prepare or serve non-vegetarian food, and we do not permit outside caterers to bring it onto the premises. This is a settled commitment of the house, not a menu preference, and we ask guests to respect it.

When you leave feedback you may attach photographs, video or a voice note. Please send only material that is yours to send, and please do not include other guests without their agreement.

We use what you send to understand how the house is doing and to put things right. We will not publish your feedback, your photographs, your recording or your name in our marketing without asking you first and receiving your agreement.

We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, or submitted to mislead. If you would like feedback you have sent to be deleted, write to us and we will remove it.

Please do not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks Indian law.
• Submit false enquiries, impersonate anyone, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its servers or its data that is not open to you.
• Introduce anything malicious, or interfere with the site's operation or availability.
• Scrape, copy or reproduce the site's content or images at scale, or use them commercially, without our written permission.

We may restrict access to the site where any of these occurs.

The name Singh Empire, the names Zaika, Maharaja Palace and Sapphire, our emblem and word-mark, and the design, layout, text and arrangement of this website belong to us or are used by us with permission. You are welcome to view, share and print pages for your own use in considering a visit; anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Some photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate a mood or a setting rather than to depict a specific room, dish or event at the property. Where an image is illustrative, it is not a representation of exactly what you will receive. Ask us and we will happily show you photographs of the actual space.

This site links out to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram, and it may link elsewhere. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

We would like the site to be available at all times, but we cannot promise it. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a failure at a provider or a network beyond our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

We take reasonable care that the information on this website is accurate and current. Even so, the site is provided as it stands, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, from relying on information on it, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected by anything in these terms.

How we collect and handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it — it is short, and it is written to be understood.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at its head tells you when it last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bidar, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website.
